Emma’s pronouns are She/Her

Emma focuses on creating a genuine, caring connection where clients can feel safe and supported. She is humbled to partner with kids, teens, and adults as they undergo their unique counseling journey.

Emma grew up in New England before moving to California to pursue her passion combining theatre, dance, and art with emotional healing.

Her MA in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Drama Therapy allows her to use the magic of play, storytelling, and expressive arts to help people heal the wounds they feel ready to address in therapy.

Emma has extensive experience helping people work through overwhelming feelings of sadness, worry, anger, apathy, and grief. She walks alongside people to both understand and better cope with hard times.

Emma is passionate about supporting clients across developmental stages, working with children, teens, and young adults.

From empowering young children to playfully use tools that calm big emotions, to supporting teens in finding their own voice during the challenges of high school, Emma’s success as a therapist comes from the genuine and trusting relationships she builds with each client.

No matter what you or your family may have been through, you will find a safe landing place to work through it with Emma. She would be honored to meet you and find ways to support you on your next steps toward greater wellbeing.

Emma also provides clinical supervision for residents who are working towards their LPC or LMFT license. She offers a free meeting for folks interested in supervision, to determine if you would be a good fit for each other during your residence.
