A mother told me she felt powerless over how her son was being bullied in school. The boy felt too ashamed to give her details, but she knew what was going on. She didn’t think she had enough information to speak to the teacher, but she was determined to do something to end the bullying. We problem solved and came up with a few ideas.
This mother found new motivation and was going to call the school the next day. I didn’t want to keep these strategies to myself if they could be helpful for someone else. Shouldn’t more people know about it?
